How Bidro grades your leads
Every project gets a score out of 100 for how well it fits your business, and the page always shows where each point came from. No model, no hidden score: five plain factors, weighted the way you choose.
The five factors · default weights
Most points when your trade is read in the scope of a job someone else is running. For suppliers, a permit pulled by a contractor in your trade scores full — that contractor is buying. For contractors, a permit a contractor in your own trade already pulled scores low — that work is sold. None when the scope reads as other trades. A state registration scores by whether that kind of building usually buys your trade.
Full points inside your service radius, sliding to none at twice the radius. Counts half until you set a base; records Bidro can't place count a little less than half.
Filed within 7 days scores full, 14 days three quarters, 30 days half, 45 days a quarter. A state registration scores by how soon the owner expects to start.
A phone the city printed scores full; a phone from the contractor's state license most of it; a named company without a phone less; an applicant alone very little.
An open permit or a registration not yet started scores full; an application not yet issued nearly full; a closed job none, and a closed job always grades D.
