The dollars are what each owner told the State of Texas the construction will cost. They are not what any supplier will sell into the job. Every commercial project over $50,000 has to register for accessibility review, typically about a month before work starts. A registration is a filing, not a bid invitation, and it doesn't name the general contractor.
